After months of searching and looking at hundreds of houses, we made our first and only offer, Jackie was our advocate at all the crucial moments. She helped us strategize in a highly competitive market and she made sure that all the pieces were falling into places in a timely manner. The night before we made the offer, Jackie was with us until early morning. On the day of the offer, she updated us throughout the day. We got our lovely house without overpaying in a seller's market and we owe a great deal to Jackie's expertise. As we unpacked our boxes and marveled at all the beautiful details in our new home, we came to realize just how grateful we are for the partnership we had with Ms. Cohen.

Jackie possesses an uncanny ability to keep her clients (me!) calm and to confidently support her clients (me!) throughout the inevitable bumps along the way to purchasing and selling a house.
